But given the anxiety at such times, it is also harder to win new customers, who customarily retreat to their tried-and true resources, minimizing the risk of a mistake going to an unproven resource. It may be a good time as well, to advance your business with current customers, and as a small, agile enterprise, your resources will be especially well regarded. Qualifying and matching agency-level professionals to specific projects is an increasingly appealing way to maximize your communications dollars.
